Attendance Information Form
Click here to notify Chief of Staff Sawyers of any absences, late arrivals, or early dismissals from Senate meetings.
If you are arriving late and leaving early from the same meeting, submit the form twice. To update a pervious submission, submit this form with the latest information and let Sophie know by emailing sawyers.s@northeastern.edu.
All submissions must be received at least twenty-four hours in advance for standard meeting and one week in advance for full body meetings. If an emergency prevents you from attending senate with less than 24 hours notice, submit this form and send Sophie an email at sawyers.s@northeastern.edu.
Attendance Appeals Form
To request a change in your recorded attendance at a meeting, please submit the Attendance Appeals Form. This form should be submitted to request all types of retroactive attendance changes, including if:
You believe the attendance record was incorrect
There was an extenuating circumstance that affected your attendance and prevented you from completing the attendance change form before the start of the meeting
You feel the Chief of Staff team violated SGA policy
You will receive a response to an appeal within one week

Chief of Staff Office Hours
The Chief of Staff team hosts office hours on request. All members of the university community are welcome! Office hours are held in the SGA office, 332 Curry, or virtually. Come to office hours if you ever have questions about SGA, want to work with us, or want to learn more about the Association. We hope to see you there! Email the Chief of Staff to schedule an office hours meeting.

Legislation Signature Upload Form
Click here to upload a copy of your signature for SGA legislation at least 24 hours before the legislation is voted on.
You only need to upload a signature once for the year.
The signature should be in black ink on a transparent background.
